DILLSBURG, Pa. (Sept. 22, 2008) – Lobar Inc., a family-owned and operated construction company, has completed these contracts:
Berks County
Client: Daniel Boone Area School District
Project: Construction of 102,000-square-foot Monocacy Elementary Center on 14 acres adjacent to Monocacy Creek in Amity Township.

Bradford County
Client: Wyalusing Area School District
Project: At Wyalusing Jr./Sr. High School, renovations to 40,000 square feet of existing building and 12,500 square feet of additions for heat plant, locker room and classroom.

Cumberland County
Client: Pennsylvania Department of General Services
Project: At Shippensburg University, renovation of four-story Dauphin Humanities Center and 8,000-square-foot addition with lounge on first floor and offices on second floor. Site improvements include new concrete plaza with sitting walls surrounded by sidewalks.

Cumberland County
Client: Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates
Project: Capital Area Intermediate Unit’s Hill Top Academy, a two-story, 40,000-square-foot educational building at 405 E. Winding Hill Road, Upper Allen Township.

Dauphin County
Client: Middletown Area School District
Project: Renovation of Memorial Stadium, demolition of Feaser Middle School and upgrades to boiler room at Fink Elementary School. Stadium received additional seating, new bathrooms and electronic scoreboard, and renovated locker room and press box. Feaser demolition created area for expanded parking and new playground.

Lebanon County
Client: Lebanon School District
Project: At South East Elementary School, 35,000 square feet of renovations and 17,000 square feet of additions to one-story building.

York County
Client: Spring Grove Area School District
Project: Athletic facilities including high school stadium with synthetic track, turf field, field house, entrance plazas, grandstands, lighting, parking and driveways; renovated middle school bleachers; complex with softball and baseball fields, concession/restroom building, tennis court lighting and site work; intermediate middle school bus loop.

York County
Client: West Shore School District
Project: Exterior wall repairs and roof renovations to two-story administration building at 307 Fishing Creek Road, Fairview Township.
