LOBAR INC. COMPLETES PROJECTS IN BRADFORD, CLINTON, CUMBERLAND AND YORK COUNTIES Family-owned general contractor specializes in work for the public sector
DILLSBURG, Pa. (Sept. 24, 2007) – Lobar Inc., a family-owned and operated construction company, has completed these contracts:
Bradford County Project: Construction of new Towanda High School stadium, Lobar Inc.’s portion of which included a concession stand with restrooms, maintenance garage, two ticket booths, two sets of concrete stairs, handicap ramps, concrete sidewalks and landings, aluminum handrails for concrete work, retaining wall system, scoreboard and flagpole foundations. Client: Towanda Area School District
Clinton County Project: At Lock Haven University, 21,000-square-foot, three-story addition to Bentley Dining Hall comprising meeting rooms, restrooms, stairs, elevator, seating and coffee bar, as well as interior renovations to original building. Client: Lock Haven University
Cumberland County Project: At Boiling Springs High School, electrical contract stemming from renovations to 212,000 square feet in existing building and addition of 34,500-square-foot, two-story classroom and 4,000-square-foot administration office. Client: South Middleton School District
York County Project: At the Defense Distribution Center, electrical contract to replace fire alarm system in 1.6 million-square-foot distribution center, DDC Building 2001, New Cumberland. Client: U.S. Department of the Army
